For using this product for the first time, I was shocked I used it for a consistent 20 minutes and felt no difference in my abdomen. In fact it caused alot of stress on shoulders and arms. I believed continued use I would at lease have muscle soreness but nothing ever came after a week's use. I get more results out of traditional crunches and sit ups than this roller. Perhaps it will work better for you but I highly doubt it. My opinion, do not waste your money on this product. Do sit ups, crunches and cardio.
