I have taken Adventures Abroad (AA) on several tours and love their itineraries and guides. But in my opinion their business practices are terrible.

Just finished an 18-day trip to Kenya and Tanzania. We travel a great deal, both with OAT and independent and this was our best trip by far.

My daughter went to Costa Rica for an animal rescue program. They didn't rescue animals, of course. The entire program is a sham.
