Great mat, extremely comfortable for when I am doing my ab exercises. I bought it at walmart, its extremely affordable and I am extremely satisfied with the product as it very comfortable and cushioned so my ab workouts are much better now. I recommend it.

I love this mat because it is plain and simple. In my opinion i don't think that a yoga mat should have to much work put into the design. I know it is nice to have a cool touch of pattern now and then but all your doing is exercising. You wont even look at the mat.

I used to use this yoga mat and it worked pretty well, didn't move around a lot but didn't stick to you either! The only thing is that it wears after a bit but what yoga mat doesn't! The color ranges are great so guys have options too.
