Although I looove the purse, the treat we received was pretty bad. My husband gifted to me as a Xmas present and they didn’t even bother to take the purse out the plastic bag. They showed me the bag inside the bag to confirm the color as if they couldn’t care less, and literally throw the purse into the Coach bag And gave it to me. Out of all shops i have ever been this has being on of the worse customer experience I ever had. I’ll continue shopping at Coach but Florida Mall won’t ever see me again.
The purse overall is amazing, good quality, it can fit my phone, wallet and way more. I have received a lot of compliments on it.

Just received my bag . It’s just as I expected such a cute perfect sized bag . Not too small nor too big . Unfortunately it feels like I got a returned item . It came in a small box with the handles all bent which they’re not supposed to be . The “Bloomingdale’s “ tissue paper that wraps around item came ripped up literally in pieces . The bag itself came only in a coach dust bag which strings were ripped apart . And to top off the item has a weird smell to it . So sadly will be returning this bag due to poor packaging.

I originally purchased a Coach Lana in the blue gray in the 23 size about a month ago. I wanted another one and a different color I ended up finding a Lana 23 and suede peanut. It is absolutely gorgeous and the suede is beautiful. It’s nice that the bottom of the bag has leather instead of suede so it won’t get as dirty. I am very easy on my bag so I’m sure this bag will be fine, but I will be protecting it with a suede protector, it’s nice that this suede even though the hardware is silver the color allows for it to go either way when you are using chains or decorations or charms. It looks great with silver or brass.

As soon as I saw this bag online, I knew I had to have it. It was exactly what I had been searching for. I've been using the Coach Chaise crossbody bag for a while, and the Lana 23 is the perfect size for me. The bag feels lightweight initially, but once I put my things in it, it does become a bit heavier when loaded. I think that's because the weight distribution isn't as even as the Coach Chaise. However, the style is exactly what I've been looking for.

I've been searching for a bag with a top handle for easy access in and out of the car and a crossbody strap for hands-free convenience. I adore the pebble leather texture. The size is ideal for me since I prefer longer wallets, and this bag easily accommodates my Coach long wallet.

One thing I wish for is an internal card slot, but aside from that, my only other wish is for more vibrant color options!
