I love this bag so much. It is super versatile, I can wear it with everything. It's not bulky, and it fits everything that I need. I have wore it everyday since I purchased it. The texture of it is very nice, it's just such a gorgeous shoulder bag and could be worn with the crossbody strap as well. Unfortunately, I visited my local Dillard's store yesterday, and as I was browsing the store I walked by a table display that had the edge with two flaps that were lifted and it caused a big scratch/ almost looks ripped on the side of my bag. I spoke to one of the sales reps and she asked that I call today and talk to a manager, since she was not sure what could be done, and they were already gone for the day. It looks awful, and I am super upset about it. I hope that something can be done. I am a frequent shopper at Dillard's. #sweepstakes

No one ever talks about how a particular bag works if you conceal carry. When people review handbags and what fits the discussion is focused on card holders, lip products, etc. But, I know there are a lot of us who conceal carry. So for those of us who do this is an important "essential" that must fit and fit well when choosing a new handbag. My holstered 380 fits perfectly in the middle magnetic compartment. It was like the compartment was made for it. Easy access, too. And, plenty of room for my other essentials. I bought her in the Ivory color. I have the matching Bandit wallet...gorgeous ensemble! I love the bag so much, I bought her in Dark Stone for the fall and winter months. I only wish she had bottom feet. But, aside from that, she is a great bag!

I receive more compliments on this bag & have been asked if it’s vintage. 8 months after purchasing, the seams on the shoulder strap pulled apart. Coach has a one year manufactures warranty against defects but Macys does not honor that policy. Coach stores are told not to repair bags purchased by third party retailers. If you get a defective bag, you are either out of luck or you have to mail the bag to Coach & pay to have the package insured. The bag is a 5 even with the broken strap. Macys standing behind the items they sell or wanting to assist with the vendor, 0! I’m afraid the seam will split again but I love this bag!

I have been trying to curate my perfect purse collection and needed a neutral bag. Got it in the color stone because I wear dark colors and am scared to get the white/off-white bags because of color transfer. It is so pretty and definitely gives off a more mature vibe that I am looking for as I am in my late twenties. Would use this as a going out bag rather than an everyday bag for me because I do tend to carry multiple items. I would only use this as a handbag since I do not like how it looks with a crossbody strap. Fits the important items. Will look forward to eventually buying the larger version of this one.
